I've always received timely responses and answers since I've been working with Perfect Air. True professionals!

Perfect Air is very professional and they know what they're doing. You have to give them a call for all things heating and cooling!

The first appointment I had with them they no showed. So I called 30 minutes after the window they had given me and the lady said they would need to reschedule because they couldn't make it out today. So they made me their first appointment for the next day. I sat home waiting again and they never showed. I called 5 minutes after the window they gave me ended and they said it would be about another hour before they could get to me. I cancelled and am taking my business elsewhere.

The people from Perfect Air are professional but at the same time very personable. They actively reach out to their customers to make sure everything is working properly.

Perfect air is great they know what they are doing and are very honest. They were also on TIME and professional with their work.
