I called this shop for info about repairing my entry-level bike. The guy on the phone was condescending from the first sentence. Rather than getting me in his shop to possibly upsell me to his "quality" wares, he belittled my well researched bargain bike. I grew tired of his attitude and hung up on him. I would rather hitchhike than spend my money at his shop.

horrible service, horrible selection. to be honest its the worst bike shop i have ever been to. i dont see this place surviving another year.
