Obviously the other girls that rated this place must have some personal vendetta against them. I had long curly gnarly hair and now I have short, sexy Carrie Bradshaw locks. I always make minor changes now and she nails it every time. Their prices are better than everyone else in Ferndale, they're very nice and accommodating, and they just treat you like you, not a number. They never try to over sell you or push you into other services. I refer everyone there because I get stopped on the street all the time since I chopped it off. Take it from a real customer, you won't be disappointed.

Woodward avenue salon is such a warm and friendly place :) I was a client of Sherriys when she worked at another Solon down the street . Sherry always takes the time to listen to my concerns about my hair and I have trusted her with it for years ! I would recommend sherry and the salon to anyone !

5 weeks later and I am still fuming. I received a TERRIBLE highlight job, went back to request it be fixed the next day. One of the owners threw on some crappy tint and tried to call it a day. When I still complained that it wasn't what I had asked for, she yelled at me. I am stuck with a horrible haircut, terrible color and by any other hairstylist I have ever used, I have the easiest, best hair to work with.



They left the color on too long (both times), spent the entire time talking about strip bars and rich men, and were so incredibly rude that I can't imagine why they are still in business.

Although there are some talented stylists working at this salon, the owners, Sandra Luster and Kimberly Urbanczyk, are TERRIBLE! Ethically speaking they lack in this department....watch your backs!
