I just tried this place for the first time. The lady at the counter today was very friendly and helpful. I used a level 2 standup booth. Clean and good bulbs. I'll be back to purchase a package.

You sorry little lady. If you didnt like the place then dont go back. Simple. You dont need to make it your lifes mission to put her out of business. Maybe that person was just having a bad day like you obviously were. It has been in business along time and that is simply because it has a clean and courteous staff. She wouldnt still be in business if it werent the case. I think your just being hateful. Take your business elsewhere we dont want you in Ferndale.

This is the last place you should take your business!!! The woman that works the counter is rude to everyone that walks in. Unprofessional and has the attitude of a troubled 16 year old girl and not a grown woman. Get it together or go out of business because Ferndale doesn't want you here. You put the city to shame and stick out like an ugly duckling compared to all the other professional businesses in Ferndale. Hire new counter help or get out of town because we don't want you here. I have heard more complaints about this same woman from complete strangers I run into at other tanning salons who've come there because they refuse to give their business to Hawaiian Sun Tan. My next complaint will be to the Better Business Bureau so I can help you put yourself out of business more quickly.
