On 5/09/2016 True form Owner Javone D Pollard poured a 20 by 30 slab for me. Within a month the slab was cracking all over. Called Tru-Form to inspect and he acknowledged the problem and he assured me that he would correct the problem. After investigation what the problem was they did not put the fiber in the concrete as a result i have a stop work notice on my slab and cannot build on it .tried to file on his insurance and he did not have any.On his business card it says licensed bonded and insured this is fraud .Now after paying him to do a shabby job and not having fiber in the concrete im having to spend around 8600. to have my slab removed and re pored im not happy with MR Pollard or his crappy work.
