The salespeople are extremely hostile and rude. I tried to return something which was days out of the "return period". Donna was very snippy and kept raising her voice. We asked her several times to stop raising her voice with us. We were soon ganged up on by all three salespeople who were hanging out at the front counter, chiming in and making comments. The whole staff was very unprofessional. Don't waste your time with this place. If you need a Sears, it's worth the drive to the Avenues or Orange Park.
