We are new to Florida and decided to build a house. I started gathering different references, research, etc. for enclosing our lanai and decided we wanted to go with something that would minimize the loss of view (we are on water). Now, I was a Project Manager for several specialty contractors for over 10 years and I am picky. I had several quotes and Overhead Door Depot was very competitive. Luis came out, walked me though the product, took and answered every question I had, and was prompt and professional. The installation was just as good and professional. They arrived when they said they would, accommodated any request I had, problem solved and fixed any onsite issue that arose, and even played with my puppy when she harassed them! I recommend this company, Luis, and the installers with the highest confidence.

They were prompt, knowledgeable and they got my door repair for a reasonable price as well. I'll recommend Door Depot and keep using them in near future!!

I have an old house with a freestanding single car garage with a manual door. The overhead is too low to use a standard opener. I had several companies tell me it would take structural changes to add an opener. Overhead Door Depot inspected the garage, suggested a new type of opener and a change in the spring type and configuration, and made it work. The job was completed the next day.



The Overhead Door Depot representative explained all my options, with costs, and answered all my questions The work was done when promised, and as promised. I am impressed with the professionalism and personal service rendered.

Thankyou Louis for great service replacing my springs and maintenance in my garage door & garage door opener. I'm very please with your job, I never had my garage door working this quiet before

I was closing my garage door when suddenly it stops around half way down and begin to go back up but very crooked and in less then a second almost the entire garage door came out of the tracks. I thought that the door would collapse on top of my car. After trying to call three different companies late at night, I realized that I might not find one that was open that late. Luis from Overhead Door Depot was the only one that did return my call, my car was removed first, and with proper tools he got my door back on track, adjusted the springs and lubricated the door. It's working better then ever before. Thank you Luis and Overhead door Depot.

I had springs broken in my garage door and my car was stuck inside, I called a couple of companies and Overheadoor Depot's response was prompt and right away a unit was sent to my house, less than a hour springs was replaced and general maintenance was done in my garage door. Thanks for a excellent service.
