Locked my keys in the car this morning and called John to help me out. He arrived in less than 10 minutes and had it unlocked in less than 2. Great job...great guy.

If I could give a higher rating I would! We lost our keys after a day at the beach, after 3 hours of waiting and a different "locksmith" unsuccessful attempts to unlock our car, we called Amelia Lock & Key. Not only did he get to us within minutes..... Our car doors were unlocked in record time! Customer service + top notch customer care!

Why am I not surprised that when I got on here to give them a review all reviews were 5* and most wanted to give 6. My son's girlfriend gave birth to my second grandchild today. After three days of ups and downs we discovered that she had accidentally locked the keys in the car after driving to the emergency room. I called John and he was there and had the door open in less than ten minutes. He was so kind and I will forever be a customer! Thank you for bringing even more sunshine into my day today! There are GREAT people out there still!!

Fantastic! Forgot the keys to my car-top carrier and almost ruined vacation. Was very helpful and got me straightened out at a very reasonable price, fast!

My daughter and I were on our little get away and I locked us out of the truck. I so happened find Amelia Lock and Key in the YP and called...it was Saturday noonish and I thought it would be forever getting in touch with them if even I could but to my surprise Mr. John Crow - owner answered. Nicest guy, said he'd be there in 15 mins and he was, prob even quicker. Opened the door in less than a minute and we were back in business and enjoying the beach once again.....BIG THANK YOU AND GOD BLESS Mr. Crow.

Recently while pumping gas in yulee, Fl. My veh automatically lock itself. I called a friend for advise on a Locksmith... His first words were Amelia Lock & Key.. The gentleman was very polite on the phone.. He said be there in about 20 MInutes.. Of course he showed in 15... My veh was unlocked in about 45 seconds.. We were stranded with our two young grandsons after the keys were locked in our vehicle. We had looked at a vehicle at Pro-Line Used Cars, a local dealership in Fernandina Beach. They called Amelia Lock and Key whom they actually needed to do some other work for them at the lot. Upon arrival he was very courteous and truly kind. He went to work, and in a matter of minutes opened the door to our vehicle, when we asked, "what do we owe you?", he smiled kindly and said, " you folks have a great day!" We thanked him again and went on our way, all the while in wonderment. We fully expected to pay for his services. It is such a great joy to know that there are still businesses out there who are committed to excellence in more ways than their profit margin.
