I have a friend who lives in Boston. Called Mimi's to order flowers to be delivered. Instead of taking the order and then calling a florist in Boston and placing an order. Mimi's gave me a florists name and number locally in Boston to call and place the order directly. Mimi's reasoning was if you call local and direct you will get more for your money. What company do you know in today's society that cares that much about their customers that would do this... I will use Mimi's Florist from this point on.

left flowers on porch..no water temp was 90 degrees...flowers were wilted..not good!!

I found Mimi's by Googling florists near my sister. Called their store directly and found that it was cheaper than going through the flower websites, less fees and I talked to a real person right away. They told me what they had in stock and what they could do to fit my budget. My sister was super happy with her flowers and they lasted for days.

Was supposed to deliver flowers on January 8 for my mother's birthday. Received confirmation email of delivery but flowers not received. Had to ruin surprise to ask next day about flowers. Mimi's insists my mother signed for flowers, but she was home at the time and got no flowers. Was supposed to be redelivered next day before noon, she waited around all morning, they did not come. Then had to wait the next morning for a delivery before noon, she finally called shop at 1:00 and they finally delivered--3 days late. Meanwhile Telaflora had promised me a 30% refund, which did not arrive. Had to call back a week later to reprocess the refund. Between the shop, that lied about delivering the flowers on time, and Teleflora, this order was a disaster!

Mimi is very good at what she does - also a personable soul. Highly reccommend her. Took care of my particular bride and calmed her down.

While I know of people who have used her in the past without any issues, this was not the case recently. It was very difficult to try to work with her, and on top of that, our estimated cost for our wedding was astronomical. I'm not sure why the prices were SO inflated, but it came down to us doing the flowers ourselves for almost $2000 less.
