We had trouble with my wife's new Moto G Power which we ordered directly from Boost Mobile. I had called Boost Mobile and spoke to two reps and they could not fix the problem. They recommended I call Motorola and I spoke with their two tech reps and they suggested I get a phone replacement. I decided to try one last effort and took it to my local Boost Mobile store in Fern Park, Casselberry. Their rep Amara Villarroel took care of us. I explained the situation and she spend the time and effort to help us. She was very helpful and patient and she educated us along the process. She is very personable. She is extremely knowledgeable and had my wife's phone up and running in no time. She is an asset to this Boost Mobile local store.
