The business plan changed however, when the founding partners discovered a void in the tradeshow graphics market at the wholesale level. Optima Graphics is headquartered in Fenton, Mo.

Provided by YP.comI was an employee for over 4 years in different departments. The management was undertrained and dispersed their inadequacies upon the employees. While it was never clear how an employee could succeed, it was too clear how one would get terminated. Human Resources was the worst example. Personally, they violated ethical codes and when I documented harassment issues, they turned this against me as reason for termination. High turnover, inefficient management, unclear policies.
