Karen arranged our installation and she was great to work with. Greg was the installer and he did a really good job. We have used ABF and they continue to be the best!

I have been a customer of ABF since '91 and cannot imagine any other security company providing the same degree of service I receive from ABF. Examples: 1.) ABF left a voice mail when I was out of town to advise me that a weak battery signal was being received from my home; when I called back to ABF I learned there had been a severe storm in STL and that many homes were without power. 2.) In the middle of the night while I was home and sound asleep the LOUD (No one could sleep through that alarm����.) voice alarm went off repeating "You have violated a no entry zone. Leave immediately. The police will be called." Being extremely afraid and not daring to move from my bedroom, I called ABF and was connected w/very understanding person covering calls that night. She advised me which sensor/location had caused the alarm to sound, stayed on the phone w/me until I checked the designated area and the entire time related to me that there had been very strong winds that night which LIKELY was the cause of the door having been blown ajar causing the alarm to sound. That is exactly what had happened. In fact, she stayed on the phone w/me while I looked through other parts of my home. OK, admittedly I am a "fraidy cat". I would not even consider having a service other than ABF. One more thing: There are many advantages to having a local provider, especially w/the instance of exceptionally strong winds having blown a door ajar. Security is a big thing w/me and with all sincerity I want to convey to anyone reading this that IF you want to feel secure whether inside your home or away from it, I cannot imagine there is any better than ABF.

I would give less than one star but had no choice. Beware if you move because they will not transfer service and will expect you to pay for your 5 year contract in full if you try to terminate service. Go with a contract and company that will let you free if you decide to move to somewhere they do not have service in your area.

Wish I could have given them less than 1 star. Don't bother - worst experience ever. Promised an integrated system. It integrates with nothing. Overpriced. They are holding onto $3,500 downpayment and won't return my email - its been a month. Do yourself a favor, move on.

I was referred to ABF by one of my neighbors. Our sales representative, Amanda, was so responsive and listened to what we were wanting. She also suggested some additional options, but allowed us to pick what we wanted to add. No pressure and answered all of our questions. NO 1-800 numbers and I can reach Amanda via e-mail or her cell if I have any questions.



I would HIGHLY recommend ABF. I wanted my money staying in my local community. I refer my friends and family to ABF and I know I will be a long time customer!

This company is very professional and goes the extra mile to meet customer expectations. Bill was exceptionally helpful with regards to accomodating my difficult setup. Also, he was able to save me money compared to my other service company. The monitoring system used is better than other national brands that I have used and would recommend this company to anyone.. Matter of fact, I have!
