first, anyone that shows up late to a scheduled appointment without an apology is unprofessional from the get go. Upon arrival, our servicer was nice, but clearly had no idea what he was talking about. We have a digger wasp problem in our yard that became very invasive to our pets and family members. He claimed that they were very aggressive, yet if you look online,
Practically everywhere says that they are passive insects. Anyway, the guy sprayed the yard and told us that it was highly unlikely the wasps would be back, yet sure enough just 2 days later they were in full swing! When we called to ask him to come out again and fix the problem, it took him 3 days to contact us back! These people don't even answer their phones! What kind of business is this if you do not guarantee for your customers?! They alledegedly give the "lowest prices." But I would rather them charge me more to take care of the problem! Do NOT use this company, others out there are much better.
