I've been helping a friend that is working out of town get quotes for an invisible fence, and called this company. I just received MANY texts, at 10:20pm from the owner saying he requires an email stating his terms are accepted, and he'll GIVE me till Friday to accept. He ended his first sting of texts with, and I quote, "I'm way too busy to chase after this job, understand???".



So I'm lost and ask if there is a problem, to which he responds he's trying to keep his office staff organized, and my friend and I seem to consider this a not so important matter, and again he'll GIVE me till Friday to obligate myself, and again, he's way too busy to chase after this job....



He rambles on to state he's worked hard to schedule and he's done, and asks if I'm kidding.



There is no way on Gods green earth this guy runs this business in this manner and is still afloat. No way possible at all. He isn't offering medical care, food or shelter. He installs invisible pet fences, and crazy me, I don't imagine everyone is going to drop their lives and leap immediately to accomodate HIS schedule.



I'm sure any business owner would prefer to receive a call, and after ONE SINGLE call, pick up $1000, but alas, this wouldn't be the case, as my friend is working out of town so, God forbid, this guy have to read an email or take a couple phone calls. But hey, as he stated numerous times, as he blew up my phone at 10:20pm, he's too busy to chase this job.



I would STRONGLY suggest anyone considering using this business, run far and fast the other way. I honestly believe this guy isn't mentally stable. Who would send a customer a string of demanding threatening texts at 10pm? What business owner doesn't understand there is sometimes a sales cycle and CUSTOMER SERVICE is part of running a business? Well, not this guy Jamie. He doesn't have time to set a job up, but I will venture a guess he'll certainly take your money. Just whatever you do, do NOT expect anything resembling common courtesy, let alone the business you're going to spend your money with to be helpful, understanding, or patient.



If you don't mind dealing with a maladjusted bully, who throws a tantrum and harasses you at night if your job takes longer than a week to set up, Jamie may be your guy. If you have any questions, if you're unsure of the installation date, and know he'll offer dates then claim they're not longer available, or if you just aren't ready to throw cash at him, when he feels like taking it from you, well then buyer beware.



Anyone that doubts the veracity of ANYTHING I've mentioned in this review, feel free to contact me and I'll share the screen shots from the flurry of texts I just received.
