If you are wanting a chiropractic experience that is healing and nurturing go there. Makaya's sessiions are very reasonably priced and last 30-40 minutes. Her hands are truly healing, I rested on her comfortable table, she used supportive props so that every part of my body was comfortable, she used heat, gentl and deep tissue massage techniques to release the tension in the muscles that needed it, and then she precisely adjusted me after using what she calls motion palpation to fiqure out where I needed it. It was truly a great experience. I always leave there feeling great!
