I called to see if I could get a pedicure today, a time where I could soak my feet for 10-15 minutes before they started. She said it would be an extra $5 to do that! I've never heard of that before and it's very poor customer service. My feet are very calloused and need some prior soaking time for an effective pedicure. It's not the $5 as much as the principal of charging more to soak a few minutes. I won't be going there anymore even if it is close.

Lynn is the best!!! My first time there and I felt like was going there for ever. She knew exactly what I wanted, didnt try to upsell me, extremely fast and more affordable than I expected. Trust me, I know a good salon when I see one and Lynn's nail design is definitely one of them. Thanks Lynn, Jenny :-)
