A police officer who must use violence to beat up a hearing impaired woman is joined by a second officer who adds to the brutality should be immediately arrested and charged with assault and battery and terrorism before he/they are summarily fired and imprisoned. Neither Megan Graham, a citizen of Federal Way, nor any other man or woman should be treated with such violence. If such violence is protected in Federal Way, then Federal Way WA is not a safe place for anyone to visit, do business, or reside there.
