I spilled a full gallon of white paint on my new charcoal gray carpet. It went everywhere and deep down. It happened in the hallway so it went into every bedroom and clear out into the living room. I really thought the carpet was toast but my my husband called Danny WHILE THE PAINT WAS STILL WET just to see if anything at all could be done. Danny came right over and did his magic and the carpet looked brand new again. A few months later I had them clean the whole carpet and there wasn't one spot of white paint anywhere on the carpet. Danny saved us thousands of dollars as it spread into 4 rooms. He also taught me the importance of having the carpets professionally cleaned. Needless to say my home cleaner is out the door.

Kevin(window technician) and Dawn(carpet technician) were very thorough both when asking me about my concerns and expectations before cleaning began, as well as during the cleaning process. I'm extremely happy with the results...my windows seem to have disappeared and my carpets look like new! Haven't used a professional carpet cleaner in the past. But i have used a home steam cleaner and there is no comparison. I honestly cant think of anything.
