I have been a long time customer of Reinard Insurance and they have been very professional and helpful in giving me a complete insurance plan... they have my home, autos , umbrella and worked with me all the way to explain and provide excellent coverage, price and service...I am very happy and recommend the agency highly....

In early June, 2011 I spoke to my Reinard acct rep to ask her to look at my policy and make suggestions to save money on my policy. She said she couldn't help me because she wasn't my rep anymore. Spoke to another who said she would get back to me and then went on vacation without calling me back. I then spoke to a third rep who has also not called me back. This was over a month ago... By the way, the last time I wanted to make a change a couple of years ago they did not call me back and the CEO of the company called me after I complained and said it would not happen again. But it did. I have no faith in their customer service and have now moved on to a different agency. If I could give minus stars I would.

I called the Reinard Agency quite some years agos looking into insurance for my husbands small business, I have remained a customer and would recommend the Reinard Agency to anyone looking for professional, pleasant and expeditous insurance information, whether it be for business purposes or personal. Based on my experience with the agency, if the staff doesn't know the answer to your question(s) they will seek the answer out for you exhausting all resources available.
