Called a few companies to replace my boiler . Got four estimates and they were not the lowest but i went with them after doing my home work.

They had great on line reviews and a A+ rating with BBB . and since they have been around forever i took my chances. They were amazingly clean, knowledgeable. Did a neat job and i am very please. Thanks guys

Given that I am not handy at all with anything, I was thinking about getting an estimate to replace my through-the-wall unit in the condo I just purchased. I was referred to Hvac Technologies by my property management company.



I called and one of the technicians answered the phone. Based on what I explained to him about my unit and the type of AC unit I was looking for, he told me that I didn't need to spend the money to have a AC unit installed because this was a project that I could do myself. He gave me the name of a website of a good supplier of AC units and gave me with some general tips on how to install the unit.



All, in all, I wanted to write this review because I really appreciated the technician's honest feedback and the fact that he wanted me to save some money, even if that meant my not utilizing the company's services. It made me feel that he was giving me his honest assessment and not trying to rip me off with unnecessary costs.



All I know is, in the future, if I need any complicated or specialized AC work to be performed in my home or if my friends need any referrals, I will be calling Hvac Technologies Heating & Air Conditioning.
