I’ve been going to Guy’s since childhood. Simply the best bike shop.

We had a wonderful experience at Guy's. Great service and they jumped through hoops to help us get what we wanted.

I took my bike in for some repairs. I was told it would take about 4 days and they would call me when it was finished. After 7 days I had not heard from them so I called them and I was told that the bike was finished. When I arrived to pick it up, only half of the repairs were done, so I had to leave the bike there for several more days. I found this to be frustrating and a waste of my time. Guy's bikes seems to care very little about their customers.

I took my bike in for a full tune-up. This was supposed to include brake adjustment, cables lubricated, wheels straitened and much more. The only thing they did is adjust the shifter. I paid $80.00 for this. I feel like I was ripped off. I wont go back.
