Went through the drive-thru to get my order, came home ate half my burger and noticed it was raw, called 3 times to speak to a manager and they kept hanging up, called corporate, if I get sick, they will pay for my doctors visit, will not be back, here’s a piece I had pinched off, pics don’t lie

Actually it's not even one star. The manager is so rude. What ever happened to customer service. I wanted extra Carmel in my coffee and she told me no. I offered to pay she charged me almost double, the coffee tasted exactly the same. I doubt she put any in at all but charged double. I asked how many pumps come in a large she ignored me. I asked why she charge .55 cause its only .30 she wouldn't answer. I get the same thing every single day has never been a problem all of a sudden this manager gas a problem with my order. Went back the next day paid for extra Carmel twice. This manager came to the cashier Mind you this girl is there all the time, I get the same thing every day. The cashier tells me you have to pay for all you want. I did pay for extra Carmel x2. I've never been treated so rude. She is rude and hateful! They used to have a great morning crew,in the last 2 weeks everyone is gone and replaced with people that are rude an could care less about customer service. Guess I'm trying sonic. We sped more than 7$ every single day. Keep running of customers manager and you won't have a job!!!! Very dissatisfied customer. Please bring back the old store manager and the morning crew!!

Don't eat here. On 8/31/2012 the bathrooms were filthy. I arrived at about 1:30 pm. Made my way to the bathroom. I was so disgusted. No soap no paper towels and the hand dryer didn't work. I left and went elsewhere.
