I have called A Able Appliance multiple times over the years for service on three different appliances. Each time, they have been very prompt to make an appointment with me and Carl has always shown up when he said he would. He is polite and professional and very knowledgeable, but the most important thing to me is that he is honest. I find it hard to trust repair companies as I have had them tell me things needed repaired that did not; that is never a concern with this company. Carl is very straight forward and honest – if it needs / can be repaired he will tell you, but if it is more economical for you to just replace it, he will tell you that too. If you are looking for a company you can trust to do right by you and knows their stuff then give this company a try.
