They have great service, and food sometimes, but when things occur they don't take full responsibility. They blame an extra charge on the card on the bank, and food poisoning on the prior meal. Sad, won't be eating there again to avoid getting sick and extra charges on the card.

Today it is hard to find a place to eat with good customer service. At Texas Road House I enjoy the food and service. The staff is great!
