I called jordans carpet care at very short notice and the owner came out himself. He was very professional and did a fantastic job. I will definately use them again.

Jordan's Carpet Care is the firt carpet cleaning business I ever tried since moving to Fayetteville. I made the appointment for 8am on Saturday let me just say that it was 8 o'clock and the guy still was not at my residence. I kept calling him eventually he came but he was late. I was willing to try him again because overall I was happy with the results. The second time I set an appointment, he didn't even bother showing up and I could not reach him. My boyfriend took matters into his own hands and got in contact with the owner. They sent 2 guys over but much later that day in the evening. I will not depend on Jordan's again

These guys are the absolute BEST!!! My carpet looks fantastic and they DEFINATELY know what they are doing. Thanks for the advice on my pet stains and future issues.
