Mr. Nance practiced law in another firm for 11 years before starting his own firm in 2013. Since opening in May 2013, this law firm has represented 532 clients. Mr. Delgadillo's experience, while unfortunate, is not a reflection of the firm's performance over the last 4 years, or of the lawyer's performance over the last 15 years. When representing thousands of clients over more than a decade, eventually something like this can happen. No court date notification was ever sent to the law firm. The case could have been appealed within 10 days but the client declined and his money was promptly refunded at his request.

The worst lawyer i have had the displeasure of hiring. This "Lawyer" took my money for a simple eviction case due to non payment of rent. He never answered my calls after i paid the retainer and when he did he never knew anything about the status of my case. I had to call the court clerk to find out information on the case and finally after 2 months the court date came and he never showed up, he didn't even know of the court date???! case was dismissed in favor of the defendant...Of course. please do your research and find another lawyer to help you, don't fall victim to this guy
