During a major house remodel, they had to keep the spa were purchased for several months. They pleasantly did that for us & provided us with great service at the time of delivery. We wanted the spa indoors so they really helped us get it installed & set up to work perfectly. We love how it all turned out so well.

Have done business with Hallmark for over 20 years, you could not ask for a better company, they go above and beyond in providing great customer service, if your thinking of a new pool, above or inground or spa, this is who you want to deal with.

This place is great! I purchased a swimming pool and spa from this company. It's family owned and the customer service is outstanding!

Excellent customer service, store is huge and has literally everything you would possibly need for our pool or spa. They even have some very nice pool tables, definitely worth the trip!

A big selling point with the pool covers Hallmark sells is the 10-year warranty. We got exactly two seasons out of it before a heavy snowfall caused irrepairable damage. It has been 13 months since I filed a warranty claim and the response, finally, is that the cover has been pro-rated so I have to pay 75% of the cost of a replacement.. The full cost is $131 so I'm supposed to pay $98 for a new one. The pool store across town sells them for $75 so Hallmark has lost a customer. I realize this isn't the store's fault but I think they could have done something to expedite the claim handling, at least by checking on it and returning my phone calls. I guess I just expected better from THE pool store.
