If you want true Harley service, DO NOT LOOK HERE. From the door, I observed the desk staff tell my wife to go ask her husband what kind of bike she rides as she was trying to arrange scheduled maintenance. Who does this? Then the shop schedules service and when confirming the date to bring the bike in, they change their minds and no longer will perform the service they scheduled and guaranteed.

They have called twice, first to intimidate her and second to apologize for the "miscommunication" but still refuse to stand by their service commitment.

We have taken both our bikes here exclusively for parts and service and I bought my bike here. This is how they treat loyal customers.

Go to big boy Harley dealer or anywhere else. Do not waster your time with this dealer. Big Harley needs to evaluate this management's ability to run this shop.

Put injectors in bike. 2 weeks later broke down in heat 100 plus. Fuel tank dirty plus fuel filter clogged. Cost big bucks for what ? Got clean tank first and filter. Didn't need 480.00 in injectors and break down with no fix what kind of service thought process?

Very rude; unprofessional; inflated prices; no quality assurance. I bought a battery at the Fort Bragg Harley store for my Harley in early Dec 2014. The guy at the parts department sold me the battery without any prepackaging material (not sure if that is standard practice). After riding the bike for a few miles, the negative battery post melted and the positive battery post separated from the battery casing (no evidence of arcing- post separated from casing). I called the Parts Department and talked to Rob to see if they would look at it. He told me it was my fault, that I didn't tighten the cables correctly, and he wasn't going to eat the battery (without offering to look at the battery or asking anything about the circumstances). These guys recently changed their name from Cape Fear to Fort Bragg Harley to market the Airborne and Special Operations logo and draw in our Paratroopers. If you are a Serviceman or Woman, buy merchandise or have your Bike serviced at another location. Don't be duped by the logo or the management.... //// Bruce Parker, Retired Paratrooper

Absolutely horrible service, not only were the staff unprofessional but rude. As a military member they treated me like crap and I would not recommend them for anything.

I can't tell you how much it means to me to be made felt so welcome.

The girl who rang me up, Rone asked me if I was military and said thank you to me, she gave me a discount and I asked her what for and she went on to tell me that was Cape Fear Harley-Davidsons way of saying thank you for our freedom.two thumbs up for Cape Fear Harley-Davidson. I also meet a guy at the parts counter named Rob or PK as he goes by, he did not know me from the hole in a ground but spoke to me like he knew me all my life. That was pretty cool.
