Provided by YPmobileI love bringing my dogs to the Fayetteville pet resort , for daycare and boarding , I love the staff and the care my dogs receive. They always very happy when they come home and always love to go there . I would never take my dogs anywhere else , even if I ever happen to move I would make the trip up to pet resort to have them look after my dogs. I wish I could give them a higher rating then 5 stars they do deserve a million stars , thank you for all you do for fayettevilles community and for all the military families .

Provided by YP.comI am a very skeptical person when it comes to the care of my dogs, but I am so very glad I found the fayetteville pet resort. They were my first choice and my last, I will now be going to them for any further pet sitting I may need. My dogs were returned to me happy, healthy, and in great moods. I have a beagle who is very sensitive to new environments and new people, and even he had a fabulous time. I loved seeing the pictures they uploaded on facebook, it provided great reassurance and showed my dogs having a really great time. They were safe, they got lots of exercise, and they had loads of fun. That's all I could ever ask for.

Provided by YP.comOur dog does not like kennels normally, gets very fearful and anxious, but he has stayed at the Fayetteville Pet Resort several times and does not seem anxious anymore when we board him. He even seemed excited and playful last time when he spotted one of the caregivers. The kennel is clean, rooms are "roomy" and attractive, and the new playyard looks like a blast for the dogs.

Provided by YP.comApparently the "puppylove.***" review is by a disgruntled ex-employee. As a happy employee of the Pet Resort, never on the most busy day would it take a client 40 minutes to check in. Pet Parents are allowed to go back with their dogs at check in to see where they are going to stay. We may upgrade at no extra charge but WE NEVER put pets in a lesser room than what the pet parent is paying for. We encourage everyone to come for a tour anytime during our open hours. It's funny how a "first time" client would know the names of the owner and the manager... Hmmmm maybe an ex employee that didn't make "the cut". We at the Fayetteville Pet Resort encourage anyone to come by for a visit anytime during our open hours and see if we are the "right fit" for your pet care needs.

Provided by YP.comRecently we left our 2 dogs in the care of this facility for a week. Upon our return we discovered that one of our dogs had a cut to her eye. The staff advised this was done by our other dog, but we are very sure our other dog would not have done this, due to her laid back attitude. The staff also told us they checked out the cut, but again I know this did not occur because when we took our dog to the vet she would not even let the vet touch her eye. The other sad part of this story is that we were never contacted about the cut to our dog's eye and the staff always advises they will contact you when the animal is injured.
What the owner doesn't mention is that we took full responsibility and paid the vet fees as well. The dogs were only out for play time by themselve and were rooming together. It happened at night and we noticed the injury first thing in the morning. We did check out the cut to make sure it wasn't bleeding. We are not vets or vet techs so we didn't try to examine the eye as invasively as a vet would. Since the owners were scheduled to pick up that a.m. we waited to tell them at check out.

Provided by YP.comI left my furry kid there for the full weekend (and then some) from Friday night to Monday morning. When I picked him up, he was jazzed and seemed to have really connected with the employees there. They gave me a full report on his activities and behaviors. He didn't seem stressed at all and settled right back in to home without any strange behaviors. Plus, for as long as he stayed it was just under $60. I thought that was a really great price (cheaper at least than the non-refundable pet deposit at the hotel we were staying at!). I will definately board with them again and am so thankful to have found a great place for my dog on the first try.
