They were unable to figure out the problem and what was worse, they didn't put the things back in place. when complained, the owner was extremely offended and even gone to the point where he criticized my English proficiency, which ended up childish argument. He doesn't hold business mind as a owner. Seemed under-educated, tried to blame the customer instead of.....

The plumber tore a 2 by 3 inch gouge in my laminate floor while installing a dishwasher and the owners came out, took pictures of it but said they wouldn't fix it even though they admitted it was their technicians fault. Very unprofessional! Still trying to get my floor repaired.

I was, as the city inspector agreed, over charged for a simple job. They came in and worked 23 minutes and I was charged $400 for a maybe $200 job. My neighbors who I relied on paid $500 for an even simpler job. I would NEVER advise anyone from hiring this company EVER. Budget Rooter my foot.
