Know the worth of your gold! I went into one of their stores now known as Gold Max and was very disappointed to see how they do business. The lady first offered me around $400 for my gold. I let her know I knew exactly how much gold I had and it's worth and gave her the price I wanted. She made a call to her manager and the owner after I kept rejecting her offer. Her offer jumped to over $700, then over $900, then to $1100 being her final offer. If I didn't know the worth of my gold, you can see how they would have ripped me off. I refused to sell her my gold. Shame on them for how they do business!!!
