Months ago I would have rated this experience a 2 or less. Yet this past week I have had to have an issue with my tires that I purchased from NTB. The service was prompt and speedy. I will be back. They have treated my wife with respect and courtesy.

I wish I could give a rating lower than one star. Consumers BEWARE! DO NOT....REPEAT....DO NOT use this service. They are slow and they use deceptive practices. I spent 2.5 hours waiting on an oil change. There were only three other cars in the place. The service manger tacked on charges that made me furious. In this day and age when folks are out of work and many live on a tight budget, it is SHAMEFUL that they would use underhanded tactics with their customers. Be careful if you present a coupon also because they try to be slick and offer something that is different from what is written on the coupon. Can't stress enough --- CONSUMERS BEWARE! LOUSY AND DECEPTIVE SERVICE!!!
