This is such a unique nursery...I've never been anyplace like it! The plant selection and knowledge base is just incredible. The staff was very helpful, and even enjoyed showing my kids around their huge gardens. The selection of plants is amazing...tons of rare and local plants that you just don't find at big box nurseries, or even in catalogs. I told them the area that I wanted plants for, and they helped me select species that would grow well in the conditions and soil that I have.

The grounds are actually like a huge garden, with little bogs, cactus beds, and all kinds of unique native plants and herbs.



I can't say enough good things about this place! It's an education, as well as a peaceful place to spend an afternoon.
