Before hiring this firm, I had an attorney already, but as with most attorneys in my experience, this previous attorney cared little to nothing about my case. He was there for the paycheck. His attention to my case was non-existant. So often have I seen this.
I spoke with Clinton and hired this firm to replace my council in a divorce case. Once Clinton took the case and reviewed the evidence, Clinton advised me to go for custody. (Something my previous attorney and several others had advised against) I am a male in a female dominated legal world of family court. My chances looked bleak. Clinton assured me my case was worth the chance. He was upfront about the cost and my chances, then went to work right away. He never waivered and was willing to fight for me like a big brother. It's hard to find a firm willing to litigate, but Clinton and this firm are armed with experience, knowledge, and dedication to their clients. They NEVER made me feel inadequate, small or insignificant. They always looked out for my best interest, both legally and financially. Clint never wasted my time or money. His diligence, honesty and dedication to my case is unsurpassed and admirable on any level. His advice was always spot on. Divorce and custody is stressful and Clint helped keep me level-headed and taught me the difference between important matters and emotion. He and his firm stayed the course and took the necessary steps to ensure a positive outcome for my case. I am grateful for the dedication to me and my case as well as his patience, and stamina through the obstacles they faced in my civil case. Clint's advice was always spot-on and he stayed focussed on his goal of a successful outcome. Clint is down to Earth, understanding and easy to talk to, making it easier to work with him.
I now have custody of my three children and owe it all to my attorney and his experience, knowledge, and expertise. Without Clinton Barbour, this may have never have been possible.

These guys were beyond awful. Communication is not a priority. Once they receive your money, you are left out to dry and hang. This place is well-staffed, but horrible management and people skills. I ended up retaining a new attorney because this one dodnt care about my case...just receiving my money.

Great local and honest attorneys who are very aggressive in court. Miller & Brown have handled two cases for me. I have always received excellent service and been very happy with the result. I would recommend them to all my friends and anyone who is looking for a winning law team. This is a fabulous family law practice!

I would really not recommenend any law officer for this type of stuff, but if i would, I would recommened John Miller.
