Always super helpful

Well a supposed "3-day priority" shipping package was sent for some unknown reason from Little Rock to Fayetteville instead of straight to Flippin, a slightly shorter distance and its actual destination. And for whatever reason, I suspect they just don't care how they do their job, my package was sent from Fayetteville not to Flippin but to Eureka Springs, the opposite direction, by mistake and had to be rerouted to Fayetteville to be sorted back out and put on another truck. If they had been paying attention to what they were doing in the first place my package would have probably STILL been late but not nearly so late. If it was possible to give them zero stars I would. They're worthless in the extreme.

We are located at 2275 S. School Road, Fayetteville, AR 72701 and our mail carrier has failed to pick up our mail since Saturday August 1, 2015. We have important tax documents that where expected to be postmarked on Saturday which we put in the mail for pickup on Friday, July 31st. Please have your mail carrier be sure to pick up our outgoing mail on a daily basis. The flag is up and needs to be made aware of our mail box location. Thank you.

I had a package delivered to Garfield Ar that was to come to West fork. The package was sent back to Fayetteville. It was sent to West fork And they sent it someplace with another carrier. This has happened before with medication. Pay attention please.
