Horrible experience. I'd give zero, and even negative stars if I could!!! Do not wast your money or your time!!!
I scheduled an appointment for 1:30PM. When I arrived at 1:10PM I received a message from LaNae saying "I hope that you are not too close to here yet. I just got sick at work and have to go home." She then went on to say in her message "I don't know if it's a stomach bug or what, but it just hit me an hour ago." I then replied "An hour ago, and you wait until 20 minutes before the scheduled appointment to cancel?" What I find odd, and makes me totally not believe her story of getting sick all of the sudden, is that I logged onto facebook early that morning, around 10AM, to see exactly where I was going. I noticed that her facebook page said "Closed now - Opens tomorrow 9:00AM-5:00PM" I panicked a little thinking I had requested the wrong day & time off from work, so I logged into her online booking program to check my appointment time. I didn't request the wrong day & time.
