Do not use this service. They quoted to do the job for less, but wasn't worth it in the end.

They arrived late (I'm barely out of city limits), did not have all the materials needed for the job (had to use some of mine, ruining one of them), was rude to his workers, and was rude to me right after getting paid.

The bad Yelp review was hidden, but I wish I would have checked it.

Hansen Plumbing replaced our water pipe from the well to the house. This was 820ft. of ditch with 175ft. elevation change. They dug the ditch, cut and patched the concrete garage floor, layed the new pipe and wires, hooked up the necessary valves, etc. and closed the ditch in about one week. The variety of skills required ranged from master plumber to heavy equipment operator and John was skilled at all aspects. He worked through dense forest, steep terrain, soggy ground and venomous snakes. They were here on time every day and worked hard and efficiently. The huge job was finished in about a week with skill and professionalism. We are very satisfied and will not hesitate to hire them again in the future. This job cost over $14k total, but it ended up well done because we used the right team, Hansen Plumbing.

I have used Hansen Plumbing several times from septic work to simple clogs. I own multiple rental properties in Fayetteville and Mr Hansen is always there when he says and is the best price around. I would strongly recommend Hansen Plumbing to anyone.

This was the absolute worst experience I've had with any business ever. This man, John, was paid $100 to fix our dishwasher. He didn't fix anything. My landlord and I had to take it outside and fix it ourselves by finding a clog. We contacted John the first time April 14th, and he promised a refund. We contacted him multiple other times, every time he promised to refund. Only when threatened with legal consequence did he actually refund us. As he handed me the $100, he said, "I feel like I'm gettin screwed, but here ya go." When asked if he wanted to come inside and witness the dishwasher working, he declined, and when asked how he was screwed he condescendingly said, "Son, I don't have to explain myself to you."

We had our main water line break. They patched it, then a year later it broke. I don't blame them for this. We had them replace the whole line, which they did. What is unacceptable is that they destroyed our yard. I had a rubber mat that they used which is now mostly burried in the yard. They left drinks, pizza trash, and even socks in our yard. They are pushy about getting their money when they did not let us know when they would be out. They are unprofessional and I would not reccomend them.

Service was great ..caring to make sure it was all fixed and running correctly at a great price. .

I have found Hansen Plumbing to be very reasonable with their pricing, excellent work, dependable , very polite and honest. I would highly recommend Hansen's Plumbing.
