Came to my house to "fix" my air conditioner twice. Both times charged me, but both times failed to fix the problem. First time they told me it was a "dirty coil" but the second time the same unit had magically developed a leak. They claimed to do a leak test and replaced the supposedly leaky coil. Still no cold air. I've spent $1200 and the air conditioner still does not work.

Element Mechanical was very thorough and fast, they schedule you according to what is good for you. They give a courtesy call before they're on their way, great help! I was very pleased and so was my husband. Five stars Element!
