Not only was did they have great service, they got to me the day after I called them, but they offered me everything I needed. The technician was able to answer any question I had from specific questions on how something works to use and care to even where to get parts for another appliance. He was very nice and very friendly. The thing I loved most about fast was the fact that I could buy parts direct from them. I just had to look at my model number and then call (866) 440-8834. Far superior in every way to other appliance repair businesses I've had to deal with in the past.

FAST Appliance was one of the most pleasant service groups I have ever used. They were fast, friendly, and like a great neighbor. Paul Jensen (Owner/Service Tech) is extremely gifted, knowledgeable, and willing to help. He even gave me some cleaning supply when I asked him how to best clean one of my appliances. He doesn't just know how to fix the product, he knows what people think about them (likes/dislikes), how to care for the appliance, and even helped me understand how to best use it. If you have any question I have know doubt that he will know the answer.
