I called to make an appointment, and was surprised to find out that I could just show up and they would take me right in. They did my inspection quickly and we’re very professional.

I don't usually write reviews, but I feel like I have to after what I witnessed today from the owner of the shop. I have never seen anyone more disrespectful to an older woman who was very polite. I was standing in line when I overheard the owner of the shop talk aggressively to this woman. He seemed very agitated that she was in there for an inspection sticker. He was basically yelling at her, asking why she waits until the month of her birthday to get her sticker. She replied that she didn't have time or money to do it early. He also embarrassed her in front of the whole line of people saying "oh your car is the one with all the problems." She replied that nothing is wrong with it and she just needs an inspection sticker. He told her to wait in the waiting room. Meanwhile a gentleman came in and said he was also there for an inspection, the the owner said "oh yeah no problem, we'll
get you right in." The lady politely asked the owner why he was so rude to her, but completely different to the other gentleman there for the same thing. He started yelling/cussing at her about how it's busy and he doesn't have time for her car and that she needs to come in a few months earlier if she wants an inspection. I'm sorry, but if he doesn't "like" doing the services that his shop does, like state inspections, then he shouldn't do them. People can get their inspections done on their birth month if they want to...in a shop that does inspections. Who is he to tell her when she needs to do it. She said she didn't have the $ to do it earlier. He doesn't know this woman's situation financially. It was just down right rude. This lady could be someone's grandmother, mother, wife or daughter. Or all of the above. Now I don't know what this guy has against women, but this isn't the
first time I've witnessed encounters like this between him and women. How would you feel if he treated your wife or mother or daughter like that. Very unprofessional. He lost 2 customers today. Her and me.
