Joy's was recommended to me by someone I trust very much, and they have never disappointed. They have been flexible, attentive and understanding, and always very friendly. They do work for me on my house and condo. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for HVAC work.

When Dana first started he was honest, fair, hard working. He stood behind his work and products that he recommended and sold. As his business grew he became less and lees caring of the home owner and small business customer. He stopped standing behind his work, products and service. He no longer cares abut the client, just the money. He no longer stands behind what he sells or repairs. It is a shame, he was such a nice person. Now his success has gone to his head and losing a good loyal client no longer matters. Hopefully he will recognize his change and loss and will return to the great small business person he once was.
