poor customer service

The person whom handled my order request is incompetent. Very poor communication skills. Shows no sign of customer service, nor has any concern of meeting (much less exceeding) customer expectations. It's 11:30am cst, yet person stated my order will more than likely not be placed today (friday 5/5). Person taking order stated to expect delivery at their store on Weds 5/10. I have no reasonable expectation that order will arrive, much less in urgent status as requested. Based on feedback from person taking order, I have no confidence that order will arrive correct.
