I had a Verry good experience with this store! I purchased a stunning white leather sofa it was perfect!! They delivered it to my home! I am the pickiest person you will ever meet! This store is very new and it takes time to get organized!

Awful, Awful, Awful. Store is filthy and items are not packaged. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If you want some amusement, stop by. If you actually want to purchase something, don't waste your time!!!

Went in looking for a certain item. Found it fast. Great value. I'll be back.

I agree with Emma. I used to go to Big Lots all the time and I honestly miss that store.

I came into the overstock store with the impression that it was going to be better; I was wrong. I do not know how to describe the atmosphere except a garage sale. Almost every item is either clearly used, dirty or both. There are expensive mirrors for sale with cracks, granite topped tables with chips, wooden tables that are broken..I do not know how this is possible.

I loved Big Lots even though it was messy, but this store is an entire other kind of mess. I even peeked into the back room (which was somewhat unavoidable because all the shelves toward the back of the store and just crammed with things in heaping piles) and the back is in even worse shape.

I also saw a small child behind the register along with another young adult, and no one in the entire store greeted us. The store was hot, at least 80 degrees, and it was unbearable to shop in with the addition of all the items strewn about.

I was anticipating the opening of this store for months and now that I have been there, I see no reason to go back.

I am *hoping* that they attempt to get this store organized and in better shape. I would say that about 1 in every 10-15 items was in *decent* enough shape that I would've considered purchasing it, but definitely not for the prices that they are suggesting.

First of all, it's pretty obvious that "James A" is one of the owners, because that store doesn't even deserve two stars, let alone five. I would give it negative ten, if that were possible, as it barely counts as a store--it's more like a flea market/garage sale....and not even a good one.

The photos posted are an absolute joke, obviously taken right before the store opened, because the entire space is a complete pig sty, and looks nothing like those images. Crap is strewn haphazardly all over the place--including the floor; many items weren't even in boxes--just sitting out on the shelf covered in dirt and dust, causing me to wonder if they were used products; there was a child working behind the register when I walked in (I'm guessing twelve or thirteen years old, maybe); half the shelves were bare; and the sign in the toy department telling customers "please do not play with the toys" made me want to laugh....as if kids messing with that one aisle could possibly make that place any more of a disaster area than it already was.

And if you thinking to yourself "I can deal with a mess, as long as I get some good prices" well then I say to you, KEEP LOOKING. They are trying to resell no-name, or old crap (many of it with Costco's signature "Kirkland" name on it) for the same price you would have paid at Costco 3 years ago...you know, back when the product was still clean, and new. Quite often, prices couldn't even be found, but when they were, they were outright ridiculous...like the travel-sized Secret deodorant for $3.50.

Granted, the previous store, Big Lots, was no real gem, but I miss it, because it was a thousand times better. Yes, it was messy and kinda dirty too....but nothing even close to this place. At at least Big Lots acknowledged that their stuff was cheap, and priced it accordingly. Overstock Outlet gives off the feel that someone inherited a warehouse full of cheap, useless crap, decided to toss it up on some shelves, and now expects to be paid top dollar for it. But, if you're in the area, and want a good laugh, check it out.

A welcome addition to the area. This store is awesome. Brand names I see in big box retail stores at much better prices. Great selection. We used to come here when it was big lots but they did not keep up on inventory and the store was often not clean. This store is much nicer with a bigger better selection. Staff real nice and helpful. Will definately return and tell all our friends about this store,
