I patronized this business faithfully for 6 months. They prefer you make appointments for their services. On several occasions after scheduling my appointments 2-3 weeks in advance I was greeted by my appointments not being recorded from my previous visit. The first time this happened I inquired "how could this happen" & my nail tech Jamaica said she dont write the names of the clients in the appointment book.. She only record the services they are requesting for that visit. I suggested to her moving forward to record my name in the appointment book. 3weeks later I came back for my scheduled appointment & guess what? She told me she did not have an appointment in the book for me. She told me although she remembered writing the appointment in the book ..she must have forgotten & she was ALL booked for the day & I would have to reschedule. This happened several times. I WOULD NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE AGAIN..

I highly recommend Orchard Nails on Orchard Lake Road. All the ladies are very nice and they do a fabulous job. I go to the owner,Jenny, who takes you by appointment or walk in. But if you have an appointment she will take you first. there shop is clean and they do pedicures and waxing. I have been going for 7 years and enjoy the time spent there. Bug screen tv so I can watch my soap opera also. They open early and close late.
