hired this company for a full tear down, new roof, and gutters. During the tear down any damaged boards were suppose to be replased. This was 3 years ago. In Decemeber the seam between my kitchen and dining room opened up and started leaking. The dining room is an addition to the house.

The seam is open, the walls have bubbled out. There is water coming in through the ceiling and through the wall and running down the back of my cabinets. I contact my home owners insurance company and a plaster/drywall contractor. Upon both of their inspections of the interior and exterior of my house they saw a large bubble on my roof, that appeared to be wet boards that swelled. They promplted me to call my roofing company immediatly.

The interior work had to be put on hold until the damaged area of the roof was inspected and repaired. No sense in fixing the interior if it just going to happen again. So I contacted Mulligans and here we are in March and my ceiling is close to caving in!!!

Frist contact was made in the second week of Dec 2014. No one came out to my house until January 2015 to look at the roof. Service employee stands in my driveway sees the area and says he will get a crew out to look at it. Three weeks past. A "crew" comes out. Gets on my roof, does nothing, then SMOKES A JOINT IN MY DRIVEWAY! and leaves.

More calls and messages are made....more promises from the company that it will be fixed!!!! Employee calls me tells me he will be out at 5pm that day...NO SHOWS!!! Calls me the next am cussing about how his car broke down, says he will be there today...NO SHOWS!!! Secretary calls me that night says he will be out the next day...NO SHOWS!!!! I waited 3 days for him to come and he never did.

Someone comes out 3 days later, stands in my driveway and says the same thing the 1st guy says. "yep we gotta get a crew out to look at that" And here I am 3 weeks latere. NO ONE HAS COME!!!! My ceiling is now at the risk of caving in. My plaster company has to come back out and re asses the damage because it has gotten worse, my claims adjuster has to come back out and re adjust his quote.

I have 3 children who I now have to keep out of the kitchen/dining room because of the damage and pots, pans, and towels every where!!!!! At this point I am looking into hiring another company and SENDING THEM THE BILL!!!!
Well they called me back and told me they were coming out today. After I tell them I made a claim with the attourney general of MI. They insist on bringing with them the employee who got high in my driveway. I told them absolutley not! This conversation then turned into a screaming match between me and Bob.

Bob tells me Im lying and that Richard never got high at my house and that he is bringing Richard with him today. I again told him No! I called the secretary back on the main line and told her that Richard was not coming to my house and that I was not comfortable with Bob coming either! And that I was going to have to do this legally now.

TIME TO FIND A GOOD LAWYER AND A NEW ROOFING COMPANY!

I have used them for years for my home and my rental condo. George is my go to salesman and I have always been extremely satisfied with them plus they have great windows! My neighbors have even gotten them. I won’t even look anywhere else

Mulligan Home Improvement replaced my roof in 2011. They replaced the underlayment, replaced the insulation, and put new shingles and installed a new edge drain.

I have had them perform others services for me in the past, and they have always had the same staff working on my projects. They have a consistent staff and consistent pricing. I would also recommend the Mulligan Window division to replace my windows. After installing new windows in the summer of 2012, my energy bills have been noticeably lower .
