I have been going to this place ever since I passed it and I love how they tell u what ur car needs and this is good for me because I don't know a lot about cars and I tell all my friends and family to go there because I love how they are trust worthy and because they are clean and organized

I wouldn't recommend this business. Went in for a routine oil change and when they were done they told me I had a hose leak and that they put a clamp on it to stop the leak. Returned home only to find I had a huge puddle under my vehicle so took it to a nearby repair facility and they informed me that the oil cooler had been bent and asked me if the oil had just been changed. Went back to Big Rays and asked them if they would cover the repairs since they are the ones who bent it. They would not cover the cost of the repairs. So now out over $300.00. Not a good way to treat a loyal customer.
