Terrible service. Waiter set my plate on what he thought was the table under a paper covering, it was not and it flipped into my lap ruining a brand new $100 skirt. The owner spoke to his waiter who had blamed me for the incident. The owner offered to dry clean my skirt, but it was ruined. I was next told to bring the skirt and its' receipt in which I luckily had. Do not know why though, I was told there was no way he would pay for the skirt - it was simply gone in one wearing! The entire incident was a HUGE insult by both the owner and his staff.

My favorite Italian restaurant. The best raviolis in town!

Used to come here years ago when we lived in the area, happened to be on this side of town and couldn't wait to stop and have dinner . Wow. there right you can never go back!. The Pizza was flaverless, worst I ever had, mentioned it to the waitress and she smiled and said "oh im so sorry" then handed our bill. The bread sticks were hard cold and flaverless, the pizza had barley any sause, the toppings were slight, and to our surprise it was absolutley tasteless!. I ended up calling for the manager, she came over and took $5.00 off our bill for a pizza that cost $20.00 that only a few pieces had been eaten. By the way we told the manager she could keep the pizza so she could make the cheffs eat it, let them suffer for a while! I think it should be named El-Poochino's

My sister booked Alfaccinos for my baby shower just recently. It was SO fantastic. We had the back room to ourselves and my husband and father were able to come and sit at the bar (which they enjoyed). I could go get him when I needed him or leave him alone. The atmosphere and food were fantastic. Our service was outstanding and just an over all wonderful location. I highly recommend this restaurant for any affair!
