Although this campground caters to horse campers, it is simply a great campground for anyone. Offering an abundance of amenities and a beautiful western lodge. If you don't have a camper and just want to get away from it all there is also a bunk house that sleeps six and a cozy log cabin for rent. Located on the Des Moines River in Southeast Iowa where things move at a slightly slower pace than most places. In two words, Beautiful and Peaceful!
