Manager Jeffrey K. Osterman, Jr. decided not to honor my reservation made by an Escalation Enterprise Representative for a Ford Airbag Recall. I was told they phoned me to let me know . . .a LIE. No one phoned me. I requested to just pay for the vehicle, but he rudely decided not to rent to me . . .a car was no longer available. I had a reservation #2L3NCG. . . . I would think my reservation number reserved my rental. NOPE. I guess he just didn't like my aggravation after he would not honor the Ford Recall letter I received. His corporate office verified a recall rental. 8 hours of my time wasted because of a poor attitude. Customer service with this Assistant Manager is missing. I have notified all Regional managers.

Wonderful Guys... Always ready to fulfill customer needs. Especially Matt and Abbe. I have been renting car for last 4 years and benefited all the times in terms getting new cars with affordable price.
