Dear Sir









I am, Jo Ann Thompson and a resident at 740 West Swanzey Road, Swanzey NH, in apartment # 110. I am 61 years old and disabled. I have been a residence here for 2 + years. Nine months ago, Wayne and Angela Wright and 2 children moved in and 24/7 (for hours on end) it sounds like someone is doing gymnastics from one end of their apartment to the other, over my head. Also twice, my bathroom has been flooded most recently last night. I called the answering service and the police and Mr. Jeffrey Geller, assistant manager came over. I have spoken with Angel Wright, at Carol's request; (back last fall) and I told her the noise was excessive and sounded like someone was doing gymnastics for hours on end 24/7 (--most days @ 1-3 am, even)--her comment to me was: "There's not much I can do about it". They signed a lease just as I have. Carol covers for them. I went to talk to Carol about the noise with a visitor and Carol would not acknowledge my visitor as a witness, she also told me she wouldn't acknowledge my neighbors statements of witnessing this noise---Lisa and her husband in apt. #208 told Jeffrey y Geller and the Police officer about the running noise in the hall. Carol recently offered me an identical apartment, in this building on the first floor, but told me the rent was higher!!!!!!!!!!! Needless to say I declined and Carol has now raised my rent in this apartment!!!!! Also, I told her the hot water is so hot it burned me, and she said that is just the way it is. It is law: the hot water is supposed to be set @ 112 degrees---- Twice my bathroom has been flooded, once in Jan/Feb and the most recent last night I called and left a message with the answering service and I called the police. Jeffrey Geller and the police officer went up stairs, Wayne told them (the boy had a fever and was in the tub cooling down,****he was running steadily, for hours before this and if he was sick with a fever why was he in the bathroom unattended ***** and that there had been a leak in the pipe, (there had been no other problem since Jan/Feb)-- towels were on their bathroom floor absorbing the water. The mother, Angela, just went out to retrieve the window screen and stuffed animals on the ground. I would worry he might jump out the window, and as Carol knows Wayne took down the chandelier, as Austin was swinging on it and jumping off it!!!! I believe this is a very high risk situation. This family shouldn't be in a second floor apartment!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
